Matron: Nerise Fang-Pryde
|
Rhiannon Nerise was born in Perpignon Pyrenees-Orientales in 1261 to King Phillip III and The Contessa Isabeau Nerise of St. Bruiec France. Though the illegitimate daughter of a King, she was still given titles and stood to inherit the Throne of France if she married before his legitimate son came of age. At a young age, her mother, a Mage of well kept secret, discovered that Rhiannon bore the same, yet stronger magical abilities. She protected the secret as she guarded her own and swore the loyal servants of Chateau St. Bruiec to secrecy. Her father came to see Rhiannon and her mother on many occassions and during two of those visits, Rhiannon gained a brother, then a sister. At twenty, her brother was killed in a land feud and to avenge him rhiannon slipped into the replacement army in the guise of a knight and fought with all the skill the Armsmaster had trained into her since she was strong enough to hold a sword. Upon that battlefield she face herself face to face with a rugged strangely drawing man and quickly was thrust into the new world of the Unliving. Within the protection of the castle, Her new Sire, Soul WolfFang, taught her the ways of his Clan and hers; Gangrel. He had intended to leave her afterward, but he found himself in love with her and so he remained until her wanderlust and her hunger drove her from her familial home and to the Americas.

The Americas, strange and yet interesting to her newborn Kindred sight, held much facination for her and in lue of her Sire and the changes within herself, she took on the simple name of Nerise Fang. Her sister Bianca found her in 1285 with news of their father's death and heavy with child, half-lost in fever. Nerise was nearly shattered by the lost of her father and then her sister in her very arms, but Soul kept her going. They roamed until they found themselves in a Kindred society lead by a Prince of the same Clan as them, one Darius Fang Darius took to Nerise and taught her the politics of the society and she was happy with her love for Soul and her newfound loyalty to Darius. That soon shattered however when those same politics brought Soul to his Final Death and Nerise was forced to reveal her bit of magic to preserve his body and seal it into a marble sarcophagus in an attempt to immortalize him in another way. In Sorrow however, there can be a glimmer of happiness, and Nerise believed that it began with Darius. They found themselves taken vows rarely spoken by Kindred; marriage vows. In the time of their marriage, Darius taught her a little known discipline and with it, at his behest and with serious danger to herself, she went underwent this discipline to bear him children, twice she did this the first producing twins, a boy, Darien Zacques Fang and a girl, Caresse Geneva Fang and five years later, another set of twins, this twin boys, Merida and Zane Blaise Fang. Time revealed her husband's true nature and he had Bloodbonded her to him so she could do little against him. When he injected Darien with Blood of the Get Garou, it angered her and she made it clear to him that he was overstepping himself bloodbond or not. When He sacrificed Merida and tried to do the same to Zane, she defied him and hid Zane away. When Darien and Caresse were 17. Darius forcefully Sired his son and kidnapped his daughter in attempts to put her through the Sabbat Rites of Iniation. Nerise discovered this and saved her from the change, but in confronting her husband, and his invoking of the bloodbond, she nearly died though she almost took him with her. Darien who had come with her to save his sister, frenzied over this attack on his mother and killed and diablerized his father.
